Acceptable Use Policy
What content you may and may not generate with our AI tools.
최종 업데이트: 2026-08-31
Purpose & Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the content standards for using CubistAI's AI image generation and editing services. It applies to all users, all generation prompts, all uploaded images, and all generated output. This AUP forms part of our Terms of Service.
The platform combines automated pre-generation prompt scanning, post-generation review, and human moderation to keep content safe and lawful.
Prohibited Content
You must not use the Service to create, request, upload, or distribute content in any of the six prohibited categories below. The categories are detailed (not exhaustive) — attempts to evade them through spelling variations, other languages, code, or indirect descriptions are treated the same as direct violations.
1. Sexual Content / NSFW
- Pornography, explicit sexual acts, or graphic sexual imagery of any kind;
- Sexually explicit text prompts intended to produce such imagery;
- Erotic nudity in a sexualized context.
2. Violence & Gore
- Graphic depictions of death, gore, mutilation, or torture;
- Content glorifying, encouraging, or instructing violence;
- Depictions of real-world violence against identifiable persons.
3. Hate Speech & Harassment
- Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic;
- Harassment, bullying, or targeted abuse of identifiable individuals;
- Nazi or other hate-group symbols used to promote hatred.
4. Content Harmful to Minors
- Any sexualized depiction of minors, or content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers children — this is strictly prohibited and treated as the most serious violation;
- Content that is otherwise harmful to minors, including predatory grooming material.
5. Deepfakes & Impersonation
- Non-consensual face-swapping or "deepfake" images or edits of real people;
- Impersonating real individuals (celebrities, public figures, or private persons) to deceive, defame, or mislead;
- Generating misleading content presented as authentic records, official documents, or real events.
6. Copyright & Trademark Infringement
- Reproducing copyrighted works, characters, or artwork without authorization;
- Reproducing trademarks, logos, or brand identifiers in a way that infringes the owner's rights;
- Generating counterfeit, forged, or fraudulent items (documents, currency, credentials).
Real-Person Photos & Likeness Rights
The Service includes tools that process photos of real people (e.g. AI headshots, age filters, hair-color changes, cartoon avatars, image editing). By uploading any photo of a real person, you represent and warrant that:
- The photo is of yourself, or
- You have obtained explicit authorization from the person depicted (and, if the person is a minor, from their parent or legal guardian) to upload and process the photo;
- You will not upload photos of others for any purpose they have not authorized, including face-swapping, age transformation, or style transfer.
You are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary consents and rights. We may remove content or suspend accounts where sufficient evidence shows unauthorized use of a person's likeness.
Enforcement
Violations of this AUP are handled proportionally to severity and repeat frequency:
- First-time or minor violations: a warning, removal of the offending content, and temporary prompt-scanning restrictions;
- Repeated or serious violations: suspension of the account, revocation of unused credits, and/or permanent account ban;
- Content harmful to minors: immediate and permanent ban, and we will cooperate with law enforcement and relevant reporting authorities (including reporting to appropriate child-safety organizations) as required by law;
- Unauthorized use of likeness or infringement of third-party rights may also expose the responsible user to legal liability, which the user bears.
You can appeal an enforcement action by contacting us at the email address provided on our website.
Reporting Violations
We encourage users to report content or behavior that violates this AUP:
- Email: use the contact email provided on our website, subject line "Content Report / 内容举报";
- Please include: the offending content's URL or prompt, the reason it violates the AUP (category), and any supporting context;
- Reports are reviewed by our moderation team; you may report anonymously and will not be penalized for good-faith reports.
Content Moderation
To enforce this AUP, the platform operates a layered content management system:
- Pre-generation prompt scanning (automated): every prompt is checked by a built-in content filter before the image model runs; when a third-party prompt-safety API is configured, prompts are additionally scanned by that service. Blocked prompts never reach the generation model.
- Post-generation review (automated + human): generated content is sampled and reviewed, and flagged content is escalated for human review.
- Continuous improvement: moderation rules and filters are updated as new abuse patterns are identified.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the date at the top of this page and announced where appropriate.
